Actress Nia Long is a FABULOUS BROWN GIRL who is extremely talented and beautiful. She has been in the business for a very long time and still commands respect from her peers in the industry. Here at FBG Solange, is one of my favs!! Number one: She is from my hometown! Number two: She is a great mom to her son! Number three: Her personality and confidence rocks! She is quirky, talented, and beautiful. Number four: Her album is the best kept secret.. if you slept on her don't worry you still can go and pick up her album!

Here she is with Chris Rock on Oprah talking about why she decided to do the BIG CHOP. If you know anything about transistioning from permed to natural hair then you know that what Solange did with her hair is very normal and please don't think I am not going to be all up in the theatre to watch Mr. Rocks documentary!
